  4. I cannot hear from my left ear. Canal.

I cannot hear from my left ear.
Yesterday night I suddenly woke up coughing. And then I found out that I cannot hear from my left ear. Something seems stuck inside the ear canal. I tried to take that out, whatever it was, but it seems very badly stuck. I can hear weird internal sounds sometimes and no air is passing through. It is very uncomfortable. Paining sometimes. Specially when I burp or likewise. It pains if I touch the area above the ear canal.

As per your description you might have injured your ear canal,acute otitis externa developed after the injury.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
