I cannot stop thinking about my ex
I hv been having heavy chest ehen I wake up..her thoughts surroubd my brain always... Sibce tge 12th we hv nt spoken...i tried to call her..message her but nothing worked... Right now m still trying not to contact her but i end up sending a message after every 4 5 days nd do not get any reply..i feel extremely low..i do not feel like working .nt wl

dear user, Most of us go through a lot of emotional pain after a break up. you seem to be having some emotional problems too. It is advisable to visit a psychiatrist for assessment and may be start some counselling to be able to move ahead in life and start feeling better. Also speaking to your loved ones like friends and family will help. Its ok to ask for help!
