Hi there It happens in most of the cases that after surgical reconstruction of tendon or nerve, patients face motor or sensory loss of that region. It would be better if you go to a physiotherapist and rehabilitate you by  techniques like muscle stimulation , sensory stimulation and re-education of muscles and movements.
Next Steps
consult nearest physiotherapist
Health Tips
try to maintain range of motion of the affected wrist with use of other hand and try to stretch it to avoid shortening of muscles.
