I crave for sweets
I have craving for sweets and usually end up eating a lot of sweets and then repent.. Is it a sign of depression?

Do you like sweets and end up eating more or its just a craving? ? May be you do not have any other engagement or diversion to distract this habit. OR Of you feel if has to be addressed better consult a Psychologist and understand the underlying reason behind it.

You may either stop buying sweets or Visiting shops just to buy sweets.

To answer your question,craving for starchy food is a sign of atypical depression but sweets also have been incriminated..but there are many other reasons for the same behaviour.Hence a detailed evaluation is needed.

Hi...... Following these steps will help- Choose a low-carb diet.. Eat when hungry.. Eat real food.. Measure your progress wisely.. Be persistent Avoid artificial sweeteners.. Review any medications.. Stress less, sleep more.. Eat less dairy products and nuts.. Supplement vitamins and minerals.. Use intermittent fasting.. Exercise smart.. Achieve optimal ketosis.. Get your hormones checked.. Add green tea.. Consult Dietitian for diet chart...
