I didn't get periods

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Hi doctor Recently I got engagement with my would-be .before 2 month ,and also we are having marriage after 6 month,but recently we had a sex by mistake, and also I'm not getting periods it's more than 10 days over,is there any chance to get pregnant,if it +ve means,I need to abortion , please guide me regarding this...
