Eat healthy
Do exercise .

If you have already taken the medication then just wait for the menses.
And maintain menstrual calender.

Hi. Please chek your preg test if you are sexually active . If not then start doing sone excercise for 30 min daily . Stress and lack of physical activity can cause the problem .
U have to get a complete USG and hormonal check up with ur doctor, if everything is normal then u need not worry , but u have to rule out pcos and everything
