I don't have any particular problem.
Hi I am 44 years male. I got my TSH test done it show 8.8. Should i consultant DR & start medication . Please suggest.

A TSH of 8.8 is subclinical hypothyroidism depending on the normal range for your lab. We generally discuss with the patient their symptoms and preferences, and educate them on the best way forward
