My sister did something which caused great fear inside me but unlike most of the time I start to hard time at breathing so I started to breathe from mouth and everything sort of became blur I felt like I was going to faint. Not just that but also my left lip sort of went downwards and for a moment or so I felt like I couldn't move it. I want to know what exactly happened. I mean was it a panic attack? And my sister just threw her stuff down in anger. So what happened to me?

Hi. It seems that you had an episode of panic. You also seem to be having anxiety even before this individual episode. Please talk to your parents and thereafter seek a psychiatric consultation for undergoing complete evaluation. Anxiety disorders and panic attacks are treatable. Treatment in form of medications and psychotherapy will help you.
