I’m worried about going blind. I stared at a flashlight from my phone for 30 seconds with my eyes closed and now it’s hurting. Please get back to me as soon as possible so I can see if I need to call for help

You should consult ophthmologist for check up till you may use lubricating eye drops like Refresh liquigel 3-5 times .
