I dont know my mind is not calm.
I dont know i m having lot of stress and anxiety in past few days m not able to concentrate on anything i had a serious relationship which is over now , job, family and lot of regular stress but its hard to take on them now. I am not able to breathe sometimes, i feel so tired and a raced heartbeat. I dont like talking and moreover i am not doing anything for now so this idle state is putting me in mental pressure too. I dont know why i am writing this eventhou these are common problems but its a lot for me i am afraid to handle them, i sometimes feel like eloping from house, suicidal sometimes and sometimes i get emotional and insomanic too. I couldnt sleep at night and day hardly few hours of sleep. So there are so many other things i dont know from where to start just lot is going on my mind.
