I feel i am not getting proper breath
In 11 standard i was getting mild fever i get up my all check ups but nothing was found ,and because of fever that doctor performed septoplasty.i also had my adenoids and tonsils removed when i was 9 years old . From operation i was feels like breathlessness . I get up check up of nose every1 say fine. Now i m going to pyschologist they say ocd

Hello dear,
I can empathize with you...But see if you are getting checked up properly and doctor or doctors are not able to find any pathology..then try to trust them..As they have studied, examined and followed evidence based practise to identify and exclude any problem with human body and mind and to manage it accordingly..got it..it will help for sure.. regards
