I feel i have Fibromyalgia
Hi i myself suffering from fibromyalgia, i didn't even do any test, if i Google my symptoms its showing Myalgia, my symptoms are wide spread muscle pain, neck stiffness and i always feel fatigue, can fibromyalgia be cured plz can anyone suggest me what i need to do plz im suffering much

I would suggest you to first make sure if it's fibromyalgia or something else.
Visiting or contacting a doctor would be a better option.
Yes it can be treated very well with homoepathy as other medinices will only have a palliative action i.e only pain killers etc will be given which will not solve your complaints completely and you will be dependent on those medicines.
