I feel i need to pee always
When i sneez or fart i sometimes pee also i feel most of the time that i need to pee even if i just finished from toilet. And when i feel that i dont know if i peed a little or not in my clothes

It's called stress incontinence. Need to get yourself checked from a urologist. You can also start kegels exercise
