Treatment is often targeted to most prominent symptoms that are troublesome. You didn't mention the symptoms that are bothering much to you. Thus it's difficult to suggest you. NPD require medication if not improving with sessions. You can get rid of your problem.please post your symptoms in detail.
✓ First thing is to get a proper Evaluation and Formal Diagnosis by a Psychiatrist.
✓ You can't feel to have NPD , it is diagnosed by a Psychiatrist.
✓ Depression can make act in a selfish manner and that is not NPD.
