Hi, it's a positive sign that you are seeking help through this forum. Sometimes such thoughts are not under your control. They will take over your rational mind and make you do things that you don't want to. In such a scenario, you need external help in order to be able to think rationally and understand the source of your emotional pain and suffering.
Next Steps
First step is for you to confide in with a trusted person ( friend, family or teacher) who can be your immediate support in a crisis situation. Your second step should be to contact a professional ( psychologist or a counselor) in order for you to understand the root cause of your problem. If a professional feels that you require medication to deal with your issue, they will refer you to a psychiatrist for the same.
Health Tips
Please seek immediate help and try not to delay if such thoughts and behaviour persist for long. If you have any other questions, please feel free to consult me over Practo. Good luck!

Dear you are too young to feel so sad terrible. I understand how you feel. First speak to your parents about your feelings and go to a psychiatrist.   Believe me you are much more worthy and capable to handle things than it appears to you. You deserve a good and happy life. So first see a Psychiatrist in your area or at least call someone.
