I feel terrific pain when my periods date.i can't handle these type of pain in my lower abdomen, please help me

If you have severe dysmenorrhea then you need to get yourself investigated. You could be having endometriosis , ovarian cyst , fibroid or pelvic inflammatory disease etc.
