I found a hard lump/mass behind my ear
I found a hard lump behind my ear it is not visible by just looking you need to press firmly and you can feel it . It does not hurt and the size of it has stayed the same for the last couple months and has not gotten bigger or smaller .

It must be lymph node or you are just Palpating your mastoid bone
