I get constant bronchitis due to cigaret
I have a nose block and doc said because of which i get cold and cough very easily and i smoke daily more then 10 cigarettes i believe it is because of tar getting accumulated recently i have heard that tar removal therapy can help me out kindly suggest

first and foremost thing to do is to stop smoking.
difficult but definitely doable.
u getting it repeatedly is cause of worry.
i dont think theres any scientific evidence suggesting the tar removal efficacy.
