I get spontaneous excitement. Like laugh
I sometimes get feelings of elevated excitement. I will feel outbursts come on where I feel like telling out, clapping my hands, acting foolish and usually happens if I'm in a good mood. The strange part is nothing triggers it. It just happens. If I'm with people I fight it and hold it in. When I'm alone I'm more inclined to let it out. Its been all my life.

It's time you can see a clinical psychologist. I would like more information about your situations. The person can help you identify issues and at the same time manage emotions.
