I got fever and dry cough for 2 months.

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have fever around 99.5 or 100 for 2 months with dry cough ,headache, muscles pain,weakness. I go to 4 doctors and they give many antibiotics and i also done some tests like tsh,maleria,sugar,x-ray etc.but all reports are normal except vitamin d is low so l take sunrise d3 for 3 weaks. What is my problem Sir? Why i got fever and cough?plz help me Sir.
