I had a weird tongue since 12
I have a lot of cracks in my tongue and it hurts when I eat spicy food or anytbing sour. I don't know how to get rid of it. I recently started taking vitamin B pills because I heard that it could help but I don't see any progress

You can continue taking vitamin B supplements but it is not going to cure this problem specifically, although it will be good for your general health. Going by the description that you have mentioned, it seems you have a problem of fissured tongue. A proper clinical examination or at least a look at a good quality clinical photograph will be the basic minimum requirement to confirm this diagnosis. Brushing your tongue twice daily after tooth brushing and using only your toothbrush for this is the simplest technique to keep your tongue clean and inflammation free. Regards.
