I had fasting glucose of 200
I have fasting glucose of 200 and 250 after lunch except this my blood glucose was always in controlled range below 110 fasting and 140 after eating can only one reading mean I have diabetes also I had very stressful week and I slept very little 2 hours a day pleas help

You should do a blood test called as Hba1c. It will confirm for sure about your diabetes status.
