I hav pain in foot heel
Sir \ Mam,
i have some pain in my heel so when i walk then feel pain if i sit then no pain.
when i gotup in morning time then walk sloley that time i hv feel to much pain. plz tell me what can i do.

Avoid high heel sandals. Take calcium and vit D
If pain persists, use local spray of analgesic. X-ray if due to injury.
