I have 14 mm stone in my right side
Acute lower abdomen and back cramp and also fever due to the stone inside my kidney...Can it be gone without surgery?

Initially you need medication to control the infection. CT KUB should be done to assess the stone size and location. If it's 14mm as mentioned in this it won't pass off. U will need to undergo lithotripsy. The CT KUB report will guide on how to do lithotripsy.
