I have a habit of snoring
I have a habit of snoring for the past 2 years. And i have recently started homeopathy treatment for it. So i wanted to ask if i can take alcohol and smoke during the course of my treatment (in moderate amounts occasionally of course)

please avoid alcohol as it worsens snoring . you also need to do more exercise and have ot of anti oxidants. also exercise and loose weight
