I have a lump on my submental space..
It has no pain . It is there since 4 months . It is just like that or ahouldni be concerned about this ??

It doesn't look something to be concerned. But if you think the lump is getting hard or increasing, then you should get it investigated.
Next Steps
Ultrasound of the neck will give us information it is an enlarged lymph node, and presence of other nodes in neck, thyroid etc.
Health Tips
It could be completely harmless such as lipoma which doesn't require any active treatment.

If freely moving and Soft -lipoma- no concern If firm and not moving lymph node- no concern but observe If hard or other lesions get ultrasound done
