Would someone please tell me what happened to me? I am sitting in a perfectly normal state but when I sit down I suddenly feel like a fear is working inside me. Water comes out of my mouth. I don't understand what's going on. It used to happen to me but now it is in a relaxed state. I have had heart tests. ECG and ECHO reports are all normal.

Hello Mr .
GOOD MORNING.
I READ UR CONCERN. I believe the situation is
not comfortable for u in recent days. I
appreciate ur effort to discuss ur issues with us.
So few things I must address you in order to
help you:
Fear is Important and necessary factor for all
being on this planet .It sustains the universal
action of " FLIGHT or FIGHT " in response to any
situation that is percieved as unfavorable or
harmful to human beings life. Just simply an
Action to a Reaction.
If fear is good than why it problematic??.
Answer is, fear is must go process only in
existence of an actual threat ,so that you can
act/respond accordingly.
But ,some situations like:
1. No threats are present ,still someone is in
fear.
2. OR, threat is present but ur body responding
out of proportion to the present threat.
The above two conditions are not normal . It's
pathological / abnormal.
Why it is pathological / abnormal ?
Bcoz your mind can't hold chaos inside for long
time, it's start displacing the imbalance of brain
Neurotransmitters to the Body other systems &
organs.
This displacement cause Body symptoms
involving various ongoing systems in body. They
are expressed as:
*Excessive worries / mood symptoms
*Chest pain/ heaviness of chest
*Palpitations of heart.
*Sweating
*Shaking of hands
*Feeling weakness or loss of body sensation.
*Acidity in stomach , stomach ache
*Constipation or diarrhoea
*Running nose or nasal congestion
*Drying of mouth or excessive salivation.
*Headache/ heaviness of head
*Nausea, dizziness or vertigo
*Tingling & numbing sensation.
*Feeling of running away from any situation.
*Feel of Losing control over life.
*Feeling of loosing life
*Depersonalization or derealization.
*Blurring of vision.
*Excessive urination.
*Concentration problems.
*Behaviour changes
*Many more.
On chronic exposure of fear to ur brain ,the
consequences are not good bcoz it leads to
hyper alert stage of ur mind & body most of the
time and not letting ur mind & body to relax .
This is very serious. The consequences are:
* Raised Blood pressure.
* Even Diabetes
* Thyroid dysfunction
* Progression towards heart problems.
* Sleep problems.
* Apetite problems.
* Persistent bodyache or malaise.
* Cognitive dysfunction.
I don't want to scare you, just want to
acknowledge you ,so that you could discuss ur
problems with ur parent and understand its
sincerity.
I believe you would have understood ,why brain
need rest and peace .
Next Steps
Consult any Psychiatrist / Neuropsychiatrist of
ur choice . Have faith in ur doctor . Discuss all ur
sufferings in detail & plan a treatment that is
relevant to your condition
Health Tips
* I request not to search anything on google or
other sources ,bcoz it will misguide you & add
more chaos in ur life.
** Have a Safe & Peaceful day. **
