I have a severe back pain on my lft side
I'm.not able to sit fr long tym .it pains so much. It is jus below d neck portion top of d back side... I hv this pain from last 20 days.

Try taking otc pain medication and put hot water packs.
If the pain doesn't improve then you need to visit nearby orthopedic doctor for a checkup
