I have a sexology concern
I am having problem of him penetrating inside,  lubrication is not happening in my case. It has caused bleeding for the first time we had sex and a lot of pain all the time while doing sex, a month ago when we had sex for the very first time, thought it would be because of the hymen tear and today when we just started trying again to have sex bleeding started again so we had to drop the idea again. It is really confusing how to cope up with the lubrication issue and at the same time bleeding issue with this pain happening all the time. I don't want to use artificial lubrication, I want to have natural lubrication. Do I have some problem or what is it that's creating all these problems? Please help. Thank you.

You need to have better foreplay and fully aroused before intercourse. Both of you also have some "Sensate focus exercises". If problem persists then consult me through practo.
