I have a swollen gum at end of my mouth
I am having swollen gum at end of my mouth and it is paining really hard should I gargle salt water or to take some ointment

Hi gargling with Luke is warm water and salt definitely helps any inflammation in the oral cavity as it acts like a natural antiseptic. However you must get a check up, as gargling  may just give you temporary relief
