When it happens, I blackout for some seconds. Sometimes it happens in my sleep and a severe headache follows

There is possibility of migraine. Is ur headache unilateral or bilateral and what type of pain occurs. Do you use any substance? You should not ignore your symptoms and consult a psychiatrist.
