I have boils in my vagina
Hi, I am 33 and pre diabetic. I weigh 90 kgs. i keep having boils and rash in my vagina. I use dettol water frequently to keep it better. But it irritates me a lot.
What can i do to solve it?

control your sugars and maintain hygiene. trim off pubic hair and use sundried panties. dont use common toilets
