I have dead skin on my arms
I have dead skin on my arms , may be i ride a bike without sunscreen or may it's by birth, but I don't think it's tanning because tanning occurs similar all over the arms area, my arms skin color on front side is very dark which is separated by a line then back side skin color is light.

Hello, please use sunscreen regularly half an hour before sun exposure. There are different treatments available for pigmentation like Chemical Peels, skin polishing, etc. Your dermatologist can examine and suggest you treatment and topical skin lighteners.
