Mind can make you feel strong and can also make you feel weak. Control the mind through meditation.. Do mindful breathing.. It will help you meditate

I can understand. I have been through the same few years back. As far as physiotherapy is concerned, make sure you have an active posture/body language. Do a physical activity which you like doing.

Start with deep breathing exercises, if vegetarian make sure your vit b12 level is good . Eat healthy fruits and vegetables.. see if it works
