History is not enough to come to a diagnosis of the reason for ulcers .....r they a regular feature ....or comes during stress or monthly etc etc .., for symptomatic treatment follow previous options ....you will be fine

apply commercially available soothing ointments. Like dologel dentogel.
Take multivitamin tablet
Maintain oral hygiene.
It will heal in 7 10 days in the same order that they occured.
Hi ..kindly start with dologel CT ointment twice a day for one week after meals . Kenacort ointment twice a day for after meals for one week . Take cap becosule once a day for one week after lunch. Please get a Vitamin profile test done to rule out vitamin B group deficiency. Stress and reaction to medications or some food items may also cause ulcer. Although ulcers heals normally within 1 or 2 weeks
