I have excessive gas in my stomach
I am facing excessive gas in my stomach why it happens and what is the cause of it it can be due to masturbation if yes then what are the ways to stop this

Excessive gas is due to gastrointestinal infection and gastritis.  It has nothing to do with  masturbation.  Take some Antacids .
