I have got a bulge L5 S1 disc . I'm a cricketer and I got it while playing. can you please offer me advise to heal it permanently so that I can play cricket

Permanently cure in surgery . Physiotherapy treatment will help you to maintain so tk treatment and follow some exercise in daily basis
