I Hav lost weight 14kgs due to stress and not having proper food and lots of workout in Jst 3 months and I hav pcod,anal fissure and lot of hair fall so m confused between telogen effluvium or Androgentic alopecia

First control ur PCOD, have u done blood test for Hb and thyroid,
