1. Start modifying lifestyle, sleep on time 10:30 p.m. , wake up by 6 am and exercise 45 min everyday (running swimming cycling etc) and most importantly eat a HEALTHY AND BALANCED DIET . Also, understand that hair fall doesn't mean you will get results only after treatment from a dermatologist. You have to help the dermatologist help you.. so start treatment and ALONG with it START MODIFYING LIFESTYLE. 2. Read this link to know how to choose your dermatologist..http://www.skinmatra.com/single-post/2016/07/03/skin-troubles-here-is-what-not-to-do  3.And why I am stressing on modifying lifestyle you will get to know when you read this : http://www.skinmatra.com/single-post/2016/09/17/listen-to-your-skin-talk-here-is-how

The hair cycle normally consists of growing, resting and falling hairs and there is a delicate balance between these stages of hair cycle. Normally hair should re-grow but if it is not happening, you should consider seeing a dermatologist. Further information is in the following weblink https://www.aad.org/public/diseases/hair-and-scalp-problems/hair-loss
Next Steps
Your dermatologist will decide a treatment plan for you after a consultation.
Health Tips
One needs to be patient with the treatment protocol as it takes months to see initial improvement.
