Usually if you are on ovral g this follicle is not a healthy follicle it may be a cyst . Don't stop your tablets in between. Need to discuss in detail.

With ovaral G if follicle of this much size means no good follicle .It is cyst only.After getting period again get it done on 5- 6 the day of period.Same size then close observation and follow up is compulsory.
