  4. I have jock itch. Permanent solution?

I have jock itch...
Its started about a year ago...i use panderm to the infection...it is in my groin area...after i panderm..it disappers..but aftwr few days it again happens...is it a serious problem...is there any permanent solution?

Panderm is a steroid cream which will aggravate the problem.
