Hello. Warm personal regards. The slight pain and cavity are indication that you need to visit a dentist, get a check up done and get an x ray done to get the condition of the tooth. Usually pain is a symptom of infection. Such teeth usually require root canal treatment. So kindly visit a dentist and get a check up done.
