Low sperm count can be due to low testosterone, medicine is available to increase sperm count, anyway u have not mentioned your semen analysis report

Only varicocele surgery is not direct solution for your low sperm count. Low sperm count is purely curable by using ayurvedic medicine. So I suggested you, must take ayurvedic treatments and get sperm count and motility above normal levels. Take appointment or consult privately through practo for my exclusive ayurvedic treatments

For low sperm count /motility, medicine has to be taken for three months, only then the may improve, that too, for next three months. If with medical treatment for three to six months, there is no improvement, and ur having significant varicocele, surgery by an EXPERT, may help you to achieve fatherhood.
