I have maxillary sinusitis from 11 days
I went to GP on the first day itself, he gave some Antibiotics for 7 days. But some symptoms like ear and headache, yellowish mucus, upper jaw pain are still present after completing the medicine. First day symptoms were: high fewer, blood in mucus from nose and mouth, yellowish mucus, sore throat, one side ear and headache and upper jaw pain X ray report: Both Maxillary sinuses are hazy Blood report: Monocytes.           - 1% MCH                     - 26.6 pg SGPT                     - 49 u/l CRP TUBILATEX  - 2.4 All others are normal Please tell me what to do and what do these results mean.

You seem to be suffering from acute rhinosinusitis which is a common type of nose and sinus infection. You may need to take antibiotics, anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops for few days for faster recovery. Steam inhalation is also beneficial
