If you are sure you have milia and they are not going away with applications it is advisable to get them removed. The procedure is simple and is done after application of a numbing cream and the milia are removed using a radio frequency machine. You may be advised a night gel and face wash for use depending upon your skin type to reduce the chances of new milia.
