I have Osteochondtritis dissecans.

I have Osteochondtritis dissecans. I have undergone a surgery already but I am not satisfied with my condition post surgery. It's been 6 months but still if I play my knee hurts like hell and I end up having a fever cause of pain. I am not able to flex open my knee properly and completely.
