I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope you got yourself examined by your gynaecologist  after your miscarriage. If not done that please do it as soon as possible to confirm if the miscarriage was complete  or incomplete. Some blood tests might also be needed to understand why you have not gotten your periods yet.
Next Steps
You can continue homoeopathy simultaneously . No harm in doing so provided you are taking homoeopathy from a qualified homoeopathic doctor. You have mentioned that your periods have been irregular and that you have been taking medication for PCOS/ PCOD. In this case you need to ensure you are not over weight ( you have not mentioned your current weight and your height) - Being over weight worsens PCOD PCOS/ PCOD treatment involves a proper dietary management whether over weight or under weight along with some major lifestyle changes in addition to medication.
Health Tips
After clearance from your gynaecologist, please start a proper (REGULAR) exercise and diet regime. Hope this helps.
