I have pregnancy, done blood test yesterday i got value around 55 but problem is i have liitle bit spotting/ bleeding from 19th to 20th ?? is it normal?

Tell me yr last date of menses and 55 is low should repet after 48 hrs value should double.  First consult yr doctor and start treatment
