I have problem in shoulder
I done the mri of my shoulder its shows supraspinatus tendonits with partial tear and i have pain when i raise my hand

Hi. Supraspinatus partial tear can heal by itself. You need to give rest to the arm for 1 month or so. Take anti inflammatory medicine for couple of weeks. Then do gradually rehabilitation exercises for your shoulder strengthening your parascapular muscles. This will take care of the issue.
