If you are 14 years and weigh over 20 kg one tablet per day is good enough. More than that can make you feel drowsy and heavy. Take some plain water steam. Bed rest and drink plenty of water. Lime juice is also good
Next Steps
Tablet cetrizine 10 mg of symptoms are there. Only once a day

One tab at bed time is enough But if its allergic and frequent you need to get it checked as you may require a nasal decongestant and few other meds
